Acetylated Distarch Adipate E1422 is a high-performance food-grade modified starch produced by acetylation and cross-linking modification of natural starch. It features outstanding acid resistance, high-temperature stability, shear resistance and good freeze-thaw stability, effectively preventing syneresis, stratification and viscosity loss during processing and storage.
