Description

Citric Acid Monohydrate 8-80 Mesh is a high-purity organic acid produced by microbial fermentation and refined into uniform granular particles. It appears as white or colorless crystals, odorless with a clean and refreshing sour taste. It features excellent fluidity, uniform particle size, fast dissolution and stable processing performance. With an assay content above 99.5% and moisture content between 7.5% and 8.8%, it fully complies with BP, USP, FCC and EU standards (E330). This grade is specially designed for even mixing, stable dosing and smooth production in food, beverage and confectionery applications.
