Description

Soybean Fiber is a natural dietary fiber ingredient extracted from non‑GMO soybeans through advanced processes including purification, separation, drying and ultra‑fine grinding. It appears as a white or light yellow powder with good fluidity, high water absorption and oil retention properties. Our food‑grade soybean fiber contains ≥65% total dietary fiber, which can improve product texture, reduce cooking loss, enhance water and oil retention, and extend shelf life. It fully complies with GB22494‑2008 and international food standards, making it widely used in meat processing, bakery, beverages, health foods and condiments.
