Fructose corn syrup also called high fructose corn syrup or isomer syrup. Its process mainly raw material is starch, so any raw grains contain starch can be the raw material to produce high fructose corn syrup, like corn, rice, potato, cassava. The How is HFCS high fructose corn syrup produced, actually it is produced by the glucose isomerism to change part of glucose into fructose, its manufacturing process is according to the enzyme method to saccharify starch, then the saccharification solution under the isomerism enzyme process change the glucose into fructose.
